As a licensed hairstylist, Sophia was trained in makeup artistry under the guidance of celebrity makeup artist and national educator, Candace Corey while simultaneously attending fashion school. Sophia received her Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design and Marketing from the International Academy of Design and Technology in Tampa, FL.

Upon graduating IADT, Sophia interned at Details Magazine, followed by stints at fashion houses such as Elizabeth and James, Janelle Funari New York, Charlotte Ronson and Koral (formally Larok Luxe) in NYC.
