COVID-19: YOUR SAFETY IS IMPORTANT TO US
The safety, health, and happiness of our clients and team is our top priority – rest assured, we are strictly adhering to all health and safety guidelines put in place by the LA County Public Health Department. We are working hard to ensure client and staff are equipped with Personal Protective Equipment & hygiene protocols, cleaning & disinfecting protocols, as well as physical distancing protocols to preserve our commitment to your well-being.
CLEANING & DISINFECTING PROTOCOLS:
Keeping our salon clean is our utmost priority. As such, we’ve increased the frequency of salon-wide cleaning and disinfecting to include the following:

Thorough cleaning of high traffic areas such as reception area, door handles, and public bathrooms. Workstations are routinely and frequently cleaned, including between each client appointment. Hair tools are cleaned and disinfected.

We’ve implemented the use of UV-C Light (administered nightly), a germicidal disinfectant, to help mitigate risk from bacteria, viruses and germs.

Hand sanitizer is readily available throughout our salon - upon entry, at workstations, in public restrooms, and in the back of the house.
PHYSICAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES:
We have implemented measures to ensure physical distancing of at least six feet between and among staff and clients, except when providing haircutting and other close contact services.

For added safety, physical Plexiglass partitions are in place between stations where necessary.

Appointments are properly scattered to reduce reception congestion and ensure adequate time for proper cleaning between each client visit.
INDIVIDUAL CONTROL MEASURES & SCREENING:
Masks and face coverings are required for all persons within the salon - both clients and staff - at all times. Our entire team is provided with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including eye protection and gloves which may be used as necessary.

All clients will be required to wear face masks or face coverings at all times – No exceptions!

All clients will be screened upon arrival by having their body temperature taken.

Anyone with a fever, showing signs of illness, or exhibiting virus symptoms will be advised to see a doctor immediately.

We are prepared to cancel or reschedule clients who indicate they have any signs of illness.

Additionally, all clients will be asked to sign a New Client Release Form.
EXTRA PRECAUTIONS:

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment time. If earlier, we ask that you please wait in your car.

Please keep all jackets/personal belongings/purses with you or leave them in the car. We will not be providing closet space.

No food delivery or eating is permitted, unless necessary for medical reasons. We will also not be providing coffee or tea during this time, but you are welcome to bring your own as long as it’s in a closed container. Water bottles will be provided.

No guests, children or pets.
